Doves

profiles

If you'd told us at the time that Sub Sub would have the UK's number one guitar LP a decade later we'd have laughed at you and fecked off back to our EMF records. But hindsight is a wonderfully thing, and we can now all go, 'of course, it was bound to happen' like we thought that all along. The Talk Talk inspired 'Lost Souls' put them on the map, but it was this year's 'The Last Broadcast' that conformed them as bona fide beardy Manc superstars, and had really lazy and stupid journalists calling them 'The New Radiohead'. Yeah right. All that you should concern yourselves with is the fact that, live, Dove do what those Dove bubble foam ads claim to.
